1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ASTN mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Description of Service
The ASTN platform provides educational content related to financial literacy and ownership concepts, general informational materials regarding potential opportunities that may be made available by third parties, and administrative tools designed to facilitate introductions or connections between users and independent financial advisors, brands, or counterparties. ASTN does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any opportunity, advisor, transaction, or outcome.
3. Not Investment Advice; No Fiduciary Role
ASTN Company, Inc. ("ASTN") is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, funding portal, or securities exchange, and does not act as a fiduciary to any user, investor, issuer, or third party. ASTN does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or recommendations of any kind, and nothing on the ASTN platform shall be construed as such.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of information you provide, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use ASTN. Certain features may require additional verification, where applicable, including identity verification, KYC/AML compliance, and accredited investor status verification.
6. Limitation of Liability
ASTN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App or any investment decisions or actions taken based on information made available through the App or any third-party services accessed through the App. Users acknowledge that any decisions to pursue, evaluate, or participate in opportunities referenced on the platform are made independently and at the user's sole discretion and risk.
7. No Guarantee of Access or Outcomes
ASTN makes no representations or guarantees regarding access to any investment opportunity, advisor, brand relationship, sponsorship, deal, equity allocation, or financial outcome. Participation on the ASTN platform does not entitle any user to receive access to, be selected for, or complete any transaction, opportunity, or relationship. All decisions regarding participation, allocation, acceptance, or engagement are made solely by the applicable third parties and are outside of ASTN's control.
